Great service! Especially the late night staff- they were great guys. The location and price are unbeatable- right next to the Blue Mosque. I wasn't sure where to stay given that this was my first time in Istanbul, but I'm definitely glad I stayed at the Abella Hotel.

The hotel is OK. Located very near to most of old city tourist attractions like bue mosque, hagia sophea, topkapi palace etc etc. The room is clean but a little bit small. i like the breakfast served. beside traditional turkish breakfast, they also have variety of cakes n bread.
room is small

The hotel was gorgeous, had lovely views and particularly good location close enough to the blue mosque and aya sofia museum, topkapi palace, and the technology museum and a 'night life' quarter are all within walking distance, the other tourist attractions, and aya sofia museum. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. There was The New Season Restaurant very close to the property. The service was excellent during all my decent stay.

The room at Abella Hotel-Special Class was simply amazing. I felt like I was in paradise with the Turkish bath and the breathtaking views of the Marmara Sea, Blue Mosque, and the city. It was a truly luxurious experience.
Personally, I found the availability of 24-hour room service to be a bit unnecessary. I preferred exploring the local dining options in Istanbul.

The location is super near to agia sofia sultanahmet and top kapi you can visit on foot, the stuff are very frendly and kind, the boy it the reception Soufi help us in everything we asked, he give us many information. The room is clean and comfortable. Realy good choice for this money.
The tv didn't work (but who cares! We don't get in the istanbul to see the tv) but the breakfast could be better.

The location: within walking distance of all the famous tourist spots such as blue mosque, grand bazaar, topkapi palace, Turkish and Islamic museum and the Baselica cistern palace. The staff are very friendly and try to understand your needs.
Breakfast was poor - cold breakfast and not a variety. You need to be prepared to eat the same breakfast items everyday. Room facilities were poor as the radiators were controlled by the hotel staff and therefore it was mostly cold and there was no kettle in the room for tea/coffee. There were no maps available at the hotel desk and hardly any leaflets, however the staff were helpful to guide us.

The location: within walking distance of all the famous tourist spots such as blue mosque, grand bazaar, topkapi palace, Turkish and Islamic museum and the Baselica cistern palace. Receptionist mr. Suphi was a gentleman while other Receptionist mr. Baran was very very rude guy misbehaving with every one and he should be kicked out from hotel Ba.....T........D.
Very very dirty hotel I stayed ever in my life and will never stay in this hotel and will never suggest to any one to go there, dirty room dirty furniture dirty bed sheets, pillow cover and blankets and matters was having bad smell, the room they provide us was not in the building which they show us in the picture it was behind the hotel one building under ground room with no Air condition, very very hot after fighting we got a fan which was having no cover dangerous with small kids, The receptionist told us you can leave the room if you dont like.Bad smelling room and bathroom (which was very very small and dirty). Poor breakfast. Total lack of sound insulation, you can hear everyone and everything.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the prices here were incredibly reasonable, making it fantastic value for money. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made my stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident, with basic amenities in the rooms being well taken care of. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect - very close to all the historical sights and just a short walk to the tram station. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
My experience at this hotel was great.

Good location, close to major city attractions, like Blue Mosque, Cisterns, Hagia Sophia etc. Roof top terrace with the scenic view on the sea. Friendly staff at the reception.
Very noisy rooms overlooking the street with intensive traffic.
